Both layouts have hosted professional competition, with the resort highlighting numerous Florida PGA and LPGA championships across its golf history. The 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 is the longer and more demanding of the two, featuring strategic water hazards, risk-reward opportunities and a memorable finishing hole with a peninsula green. The 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 provides a different test, placing a premium on accuracy through rolling fairways framed by mature trees and lakes. Located in the heart of Aventura, the resort pairs championship golf with one of South Florida’s premier luxury destinations, making this an excellent opportunity for four golfers to experience Turnberry without a member accompanying the group. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts over 150 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing pclarke@ajga.org.
