Founded by Fort Worth businessman Marvin Leonard, the course was designed by 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 and opened in the 1950s. In 2020, 𝐎𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐲, 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐝 completed a major renovation that introduced broader, more sweeping bunkering, removed trees and expanded and repositioned greens while preserving the character of the original layout. With its rich connection to Hogan, acclaimed architecture and deeply private atmosphere, this is a special opportunity to experience one of Fort Worth’s most historic clubs alongside a member. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts over 150 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing pclarke@ajga.org.
