Navigating the path from junior golf to college golf can be overwhelming. The 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 provides a full year of personalized guidance designed to help junior golfers and their families confidently navigate the college recruiting process. Founded by 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐚𝐮, a former Division I college golf coach, AJGA employee and current AJGA College Golf Advisor, Second Nine focuses on helping each player identify the right academic, athletic and social fit. Brazeau spent more than six years coaching at the Division I level, including stops at Seton Hall and the United States Military Academy at West Point, giving families firsthand insight into how college coaches evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes. Throughout the year, the program helps families develop a thoughtful list of target schools, navigate communication with college coaches, understand NCAA compliance, build an effective junior tournament schedule and analyze the player's game and development needs. The program also addresses the AJGA Performance Based Entry process, time management, mental-game techniques and preparation for the demands of life as a collegiate student-athlete. With extensive experience across junior golf, college coaching and recruiting, Second Nine's goal is to simplify an often complicated process and give players and families the information and tools needed to find their best fit for college golf. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive. The AJGA hosts over 150 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships. Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing pclarke@ajga.org.
