Experience one of the most storied clubs in American golf with a member-accompanied threesome at 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 in Bethesda, Maryland. Founded in 1924, Congressional has been part of championship golf for generations, hosting the 1964, 1997 and 2011 U.S. Opens, the 1976 PGA Championship and numerous other professional and national championships. Its championship pedigree will continue in the years ahead, with Congressional scheduled to host the 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐆𝐀 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 and the 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟕 𝐑𝐲𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐩. The club’s famed 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 is currently ranked 𝐍𝐨. 𝟔𝟕 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 and 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 by Golf Digest for 2025-26. Originally shaped through the work of Devereux Emmet and Robert Trent Jones, the Blue was dramatically reimagined by 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 in 2020, restoring width, strategic angles and bold green complexes while creating one of the most acclaimed modern transformations in championship golf. This exclusive experience gives three guests the opportunity to enjoy Congressional alongside a club member, with 𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 and, when the day’s tee time and club schedule allow, a 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬 at the club. There may also be an added collegiate-golf connection to the experience. 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, the round may include the opportunity to play alongside 𝐙𝐨𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤, a Bethesda native and freshman on the University of Virginia women’s golf team. Cusack entered her freshman season as a top-100 amateur in the world and has already recorded a third-place collegiate finish at the 2026 Canadian Collegiate Invitational. Her participation is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐝, and if scheduling does not allow, the threesome will still be accompanied by the donating club member. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts over 150 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing pclarke@ajga.org.
