Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, 𝐕𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 is one of Texas’ premier private golf experiences. The exclusive Westlake club opened in 2001 with an original design by renowned architect 𝐓𝐨𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨 and has long been recognized among the state’s leading private courses. Vaquero recently underwent a significant transformation led by acclaimed architect 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧. Completed in 2023, the project touched virtually every element of the course, including redesigned green complexes, new strategic features, altered hole routings and a new short par-3 16th. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts over 150 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing pclarke@ajga.org.
