The program’s mission is to make a positive impact on juniors aspiring to play collegiate golf by providing educational and athletic opportunities that allow every athlete regardless of age, race or socioeconomic background the chance to reach their dreams, while instilling honesty, discipline, integrity and cultural diversity that will ultimately better our society. What the Program Covers? ● Tuition ● Room and Board for 10 months ● College Placement ● Junior Golf Hub Premium Membership ● Golf Training About The Golf Performance Academy The Golf Performance Center integrates state-of-the-art training facilities and expert coaching to help athletes reach their goals. Beginning with the unique “5 Elements of Success” evaluation, The GPC delivers customized golf coaching designed to provide aspiring athletes with improvement strategies built for long-term success. The GPC’s goal is to provide valued instruction, guidance and the necessary facilities to develop junior athletes, both physically and mentally, to successfully navigate challenges on the journey to competitive golf. The Academy at GPC is committed to an individualized, passion-driven learning environment in which student-athletes in grades 8-12 are challenged to maximize their learning through exhibiting proficiency in academic skills, high moral character, and a deep understanding of the academic content and topics in which they engage. For more than 20 years, The GPC has successfully guided nearly 100 competitors as they prepare for golf at the highest levels. Alumni include multiple NCAA All-Americans, current and former student-athletes at 80 different colleges and universities and professionals who have won on the Korn Ferry Tour, Mackenzie Tour – PGA TOUR Canada and European Tour. At The Academy at GPC, we give juniors with big dreams the coaching and training environment they need to achieve those dreams. This environment has led to: ● Over 100 athletes competing at over 80 different colleges and universities ● Multiple NCAA-All American awards ● Professional victories on the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, PGA Tour Canada and PGA of America ● Over 100 wins on the AJGA, Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, Junior PGA, US Kids Junior Tour as well as several USGA titles The Value of the program including golf, partial academics and room and board is $67,000. You will be required to pay for your tournament entry fees, tournament costs, partial academics ($8,750) and any add on services or extra fees. A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts 140 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing hcollins@ajga.org.
Item delivery: After you've paid for any auction items that you've won, the event organizer will contact you to coordinate delivery. Items won that include specific dates such as PGA TOUR tickets or AJGA tournament dates can not be changed or altered. Auctions won that include golf at private clubs will be coordinated through the AJGA in partnership with the private club and/or the hosting member. Winners of auction items should read carefully the terms and conditions included with the particular item you're bidding on and the winner and where included, guests, must comply with all T's & C's listed. This can include dress code, travel dates, and other similar guidelines.
