Billed as the “Super Bowl” of stock car racing, the 2024 Dayton 500 in Daytona Beach, Florida will provide an experience of a lifetime. One of the greatest drives to ever race, Kevin Harvick is a living legend. His foundation is providing two (2) VIP “Hot Passes” which will provide up close and personal viewing of the race, the pit areas, and the garages. An experience unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, you’ll be in the middle of all the action. The roar of the engines, the smell of rubber and racing, this is perfect for any sports enthusiast who likes being part of the action. In addition to the “Hot Passes”, Kevin will provide the winner with an autographed die-cast model of one of his cars. A collectible that will be perfect for your office or home, it will be a great memory of your day at the track. The winner will receive an email requesting all the information needed for receiving the hot passes. Please note that NASCAR, the governing body of the series and the Daytona 500, requires photo identification prior to approving hot passes. The auction winner will be asked for name, address, and other information requested by NASCAR. All other information will be communicated with the auction winner at least 4 weeks prior to the race date in February 2024.
A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts 130 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing foundation@ajga.org.
Item delivery: After you've paid for any auction items that you've won, the event organizer will contact you to coordinate delivery. Items won that include specific dates such as PGA TOUR tickets or AJGA tournament dates can not be changed or altered. Auctions won that include golf at private clubs will be coordinated through the AJGA in partnership with the private club and/or the hosting member. Winners of auction items should read carefully the terms and conditions included with the particular item you're bidding on and the winner and where included, guests, must comply with all T's & C's listed. This can include dress code, travel dates, and other similar guidelines.
