Coastal Authority Care Foundation gives grants to veterans with service-connected traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress to help them gain access to therapies that insurance doesn't cover like hyperbaric oxygen therapy and neurofeedback, which help to heal the wounds in the brain and restore quality of life.
