The pandemic of 2020 changed every facet of our lives. The ensuing "Great Resignation" has created challenges business leaders have never seen before, creating a labor shortage. Attracting, training, and retaining top performers is the task facing leaders across all industries. In this auction item, certified Ziglar Legacy Trainer Kim Gilson will deliver a one-hour keynote address to your organization based on Tom Ziglar's latest book, "10 Leadership Virtues for Disruptive Times." Tom Ziglar, son of Zig Ziglar, has created a new leadership model for businesses to thrive in this environment and build a workforce equipped for today's challenges, and whatever our world faces in the future! Winner/organization must be in the DFW area.
A note from American Junior Golf Association: Our 3rd annual auction as part of the Mentors Care Charity Golf Tournament is raising money to support our mentoring program serving at-risk youth. All auction proceeds will go directly to support our program.
Thank you to all of the generous donors. We greatly appreciate your continued support and we wish you good luck with your bids!
